10 June 2017 Uploaded Fixed Installers

The DEB (and possibly RPM) installer was not working due to a non-conforming character in the version number. This has been corrected and the installers have been replaced with working ones in the download section. No other program changes were made, only the installers have been modified and re-uploaded.
